Using the Website
How do I navigate the site?
Use the main menu at the top of every page. Key areas: Café do Sô, Soap Opera Blog & Podcast, Projects, and the Visual Playbook. A sticky mini-menu appears inside long pages.
Where can I find recent posts and episodes?
Recent items appear at the top of each section. Look for the “Latest” label. You can also subscribe to the newsletter for weekly highlights.
Is there a site search?
Yes — the search at the top of this page filters FAQs instantly. For full-site search, use your browser search (
Ctrl/Cmd + F) on long pages or the site’s built-in search if available.Images & Video
How do I view images in better quality?
Click any image to open it in its full resolution when available. If you need a press-ready file, contact us and include the URL of the image.
Where do videos play?
Videos are embedded from YouTube/Vimeo. If your network blocks those services, try another connection or read the transcript when available.
Can I reuse images or clips?
Personal, non-commercial sharing with credit is fine. For any commercial or editorial use, request permission via the Submit a Request form.
Troubleshooting
Page looks broken or text overlaps
Refresh the page and clear cache. If you’re using an ad blocker or script blocker, temporarily disable it. Report the page URL and device via Submit a Request.
Video won’t play
Ensure your browser is updated. Some corporate networks block video hosts — try on mobile data or a different Wi-Fi. If it persists, send a screenshot.
Newsletter subscribe button does nothing
Reload and try again. If you still have trouble, email us with your name and address and we’ll add you manually.
